Benjamin Stor

Benjamin Stor is one of our highly qualified and experienced British Nannies and we are very excited to have him on the team for winter 2024/25.

Benjamin holds an array of qualifications, including a Masters Degree in Early Years Education, a Post Graduate Diploma in Primary Education, Qualified Teacher Status specializing in Early Years, a CELTA certificate (Teaching English to Speakers of another Language) and has over 6 years of experience working with children, from 6 months to 17 years old.

While gaining his qualifications, Ben completed work experience in schools and creche settings. He has full-time work experience as an Early Years Teacher in Birmingham, and as a Kindergarten and Pre-school Teacher in Germany where he worked with children from 3 to 7 years old.

He also has seasonal work experience, including winters and summers working as an English Teacher and an English language camp coordinator in Poland.

For winter 2023/24, Ben and his wife Sierra (who is also a nanny on our team) spent the winter season in Morzine, France, working for a well-known nanny agency as a full-time nanny, caring for children between 6 months and 11 years old. It was here that Ben and Sierra fell in love with working as nannies and living in the French Alps.

One of the things Ben has loved about working as a nanny is getting the chance to work with children under 3 and providing a more personal service due to having smaller groups of children compared to school and camp settings.

He works closely with each family to ensure the children are safe, happy, and having a wonderful holiday. The feedback Ben received during his time in Morzine was absolutely fantastic, and he is excited to explore a new resort.

During Summer 2024, Ben has been working in Warsaw, Poland, as a Program Coordinator, organizing and leading English language sessions with large groups of children from 10 to 17 years old. He has thoroughly enjoyed his role over the summer but is excited to return to the French Alps
