Ben is one of out highly qualified and experienced British nannies, after a fantastic first season with us un 2024/25 many families have rebooked him for the upcoming winter. Last season Ben worked with babies and children from 6 months – 12 years, and quickly became a client favourite thanks to his calm, professional approach and warm personality.
Bens background is exceptional, he holds a Masters Degree in Early Years Education, a post Graduate Diploma in Primary Education, Qualified Teacher Status specialising in Early years and a CELTA Certifcate (Teaching English to speakers of another language). He also brings over 7 years experience working with children from ages 6 months – 17 years across a wide variety of settings.
His Career has included teaching in Early Years classrooms in Birmingham, as well as kindergarten in Germany, with children 3 – 7 years old, Alonside this Ben has spent several summers as an ?English teacher and camp co ordinator in Poland and more recently, managing an English Language camp in Austria where he provided English lessons, updated the camps English programme and trained new teachers.
Ben and his Wife Sierra (also part of our nanny team) first discovered their love for Alpine Life, while working in Morzine during winter 2023/24 where he worked as a private nanny caring for children aged 6 months – 11 year. The feedback Ben received was outstanding and it was clear he has found his perfect winter role.
What Ben particularly enjoys about nannying is the chance to work closely with families, getting the opportunity to work with under 3’s and to provide a truly personal service. Unlike school or camp enviroments, the smaller groups when nannying allow him to build meaningful connections with the children and their families – something our families value deeply.
With his skills, warmth and wealth of experience, Bens weeks are already booking up fast.

Kelly, Molly and Ben make a brilliant team.
We have used Kelly two years in a row now and will 100% use her again for our next ski holiday. She is extremely good with the children, brilliant energy and very good at making new and interesting activities for the children each time. She is also very proactive an example being proactively buying eye drops for our youngest who had an eye infection.
Ben was new to us this season and was a brilliant addition, he has an extremely good demeanour with the children, always keen to take them outside and play whatever the weather.
Mollie was also new to us this season and was absolutely excellent also, she is a trained midwife and it was obvious in just how comfortable she was with our 8 week old.
We have another booking with Ben and Mollie later on in the season and I look forward to seeing them again,.
