We are very excited to have Maggie returning to us for her second winter season here
in Meribel. With over five years of experience caring for children from ages 3 months to
15 years, Maggie has proven herself to be a valuable member of our team. She had a
busy season in winter 2023/2024 and both the children and parents she worked with
absolutely loved her. She cannot wait to get back to Meribel.
During the summer and autumn, Maggie continued her childcare work as a temporary travel nanny and cover rota nanny.
She cared for twin 8 year old boys in Portugal working 2 weeks on, 2 weeks
off and then spent September as a live-in nanny in the Cotswolds, UK.
There, she worked alongside a maternity nanny to care for 3 children aged 6 weeks, 2 years, and 4
years.
Maggie graduated from the University of St Andrews in Scotland in 2020 with a degree
in International Relations but switched lanes into working with children after seeing the
great need for quality childcare during the pandemic.

Working as a camp counselor in the USA during the summers of 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Working as a private nanny for several local families in Washington, DC during the
pandemic.
Working as an Au Pair in Madrid, Spain where she cared for a 4-year-old child and
promoted his English language learning through play.
Additionally, she spent the academic year 2022/2023 working in a Washington, DC
Montessori school as a Primary Assistant Teacher. There she helped educate children
from 3-6 years and assisted the lead teacher to guide the 22 students in their day to day
classroom experience.
Maggie is a passionate traveler and enjoys the opportunity to combine her love of
childcare with her adventurous spirit by working with us in Meribel. She is also
interested in child and adolescent development and is passionate about promoting
mental health and well-being for young people.
In her free time, Maggie loves to explore new places, cook, draw, bike, and ski. She
loves fitness and sports, she played rugby in university and still enjoys trying any new
sport.
Maggie is fluent in English and Spanish and is eager to learn some more French. She
sees each experience as a learning opportunity and is always open to trying new things.
Maggie is warm, friendly, and energetic, and she quickly bonds with children by showing
genuine enthusiasm for their interests. She is excited to connect with new people and is
looking forward to working with new and returning families in Meribel this season.

The nanny provided by the Méribel Nanny Services was excellent in every way! She clearly enjoys children and relates very well. Every day had age appropriate activities. Maggie slid into our routine and our 1 year old couldn’t have been happier. Made our holiday top notch!!
